BIO:

Michael Kropf is a struggling young composer torn between artistic integrity and sincerity. He writes a very large variety of music, from classically constructed string quartets and violin sonatas, to film scores and musical theatre songs. His music seeks to strip away distractions and evoke a place, feeling, or time.
Michael Kropf is also an accomplished violinist and jazz pianist. In 2010, he made his solo debut playing with the American Chamber Orchestra after winning their annual concerto competition.
Born in Danbury CT, he currently lives in New York City as a music student at NYU.
